Refund policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 calendar days after delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Online orders may be returned or exchanged in-store or by mail. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We process approved returns within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Before shipping any product back to us, please contact us at online@durantsessions.com for return authorization and instructions. Be sure to include your order number and indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email online@durantsessions.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Prescription lenses, custom orders, special orders, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
