Refund policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 calendar days after delivery.

Returns must be unused and in the original condition.

Online orders may be returned or exchanged in-store or online. Customers are responsible for any shopping costs associated with returning an item. 

We process all returns within 7 business days. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued. 

Before shipping any product back to us please contact us at online@durantsessions.com for further information about returning your purchase. Please make sure to include your order number and whatever you would like a refund or an exchange.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasING shipping insurance when you send back your purchase. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at online@durantsessions.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
