Dr. Jean Sugimoto
Dr. Jean Sugimoto was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Surrey, British Columbia. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Vancouver, BC and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Her clinical experience includes speciality contact lens fitting and training at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Low Vision and Ocular Disease at Lyons VA Hospital, and Pediatric exams at the Ventura County Pediatric Diagnostic Center.During her schooling, she also participated in several outreach projects in Tijuana and Tecate, MX to provide eye care services to those most in need. Her passion for outreach continues as she currently screens children and at risk populations in LA county through Hellen Keller International. Dr. Sugimoto is known for her compassionate care, and attention to detail while ensuring each of her patients receives a personalized eye care solution.

Dr. Rebecca Law
Dr. Rebecca Law’s mission is to provide quality eye care the way she would want it received. She wants her patients to feel that all their questions and concerns are addressed without ever feeling rushed. Connecting with her patients and building a relationship with them is the reason she went into this profession. Dr. Law has practiced optometry for eight years and has her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, as well as an undergraduate degree in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego. She has specialized in Pediatrics at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia and received further clinical training at the Fenway Community Health Center in Boston. Coming back full circle to California, she did her final rotations at the VA Hospital in Long Beach and NVISION laser eye center in La Jolla.
